Many enquire whether we are replacing with original wheels.  Despite the fact that it cracked up even before a trip. Despite the fact that the luggage felt glued to the ground under load. Despite the sticky/slimy feel and melting sensation. We repeat ourselves again here. We don't offer to replace with original wheels under normal circumstances.  Our quotations is for replacement with our better than original wheels. We are extremely confident our replacement wheels will outperform and outlast most, if not all those standard wheels that come with the luggage, by miles. In fact we are so sure that eventually everybody will ask for our replacement wheels, we don't keep stock of the originals. So if for some reason you need the original wheels, we can try to indent for you subject to availability. Please note this process may take more than a month.
